On this morning's The Takeaway, law professor Jeffrey Rosen suggested that the Senators who will be questioning Judge Sotomayor at her confirmation hearing ask her not about abortion, but about "genetic selection or human cloning", to "fast forward 20 years...to the controversies that are to come down the line."
